What if my print arrives damaged?

We take every care to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition, but if it’s damaged during transit, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Send us a clear photo of the damage and the packaging, and we’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange a print?

Because each print is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there’s a fault with the print or it arrives damaged, we’ll always make it right — just contact us and we’ll sort it swiftly.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking details (sent via email). If there’s still no update or you’re concerned, reach out to us directly — we’ll investigate with the courier and ensure you receive your print.
